Our Story

Same fire.
Same family.
Since 1969.

It started with one pit behind the family house and a single pig roasted for a town fiesta. Word travelled the way it always does in the province — through full plates and empty platters.

Three generations later we still refuse shortcuts: no ovens, no gas, no injections. Just native pigs, tanglad, rock salt, coconut charcoal, and someone's hand on the bamboo pole for six straight hours.
